Parent's evening

My boss laughed when I told him I had to leave work early to attend our first Parent's evening. Bear in mind LOD is 15 months old, it does seem a tad odd. However, we dutifully went along and sat like Alice-in-Wonderland on absurdly small chairs to be told that LOD is doing well (we know), is starting to babble more and say some words (again, we know) and thatthere is a progress plan in place for LOD (did not know!).

Over the next few months, we will be concentrating on the following:

• learn to say yes, hello, goodbye and thank you
• learn to throw something away

Admiarable tasks to be getting on with. Will let you know how we get on.
