Fish tray bake

Just a quickie as I forgot to take pics but last night's salmon and prawn tray bake was brilliant. Didn't do the banoffee pie as the recipe was enough for 10 but did the rest - with a few variations - and it was great.

Also, I make fantastic meringues. Fact. 

In other news:

• 36.5 weeks pregnant
• All baby / mum stuff now bought and we justhave the room to rearrange and a hospital bag to pack
• Took LOD to the Zoo today and she is currently fast asleep on the sofa which is very sweet. What LOD doesn't know is that we are taking her to Peppa Pig's Treasure Hunt at the theatre tomorrow - she may explode with excitement!
• Week 1 of maternity leave has been very productive. 
• It's still bloody raining but apparently next week will be better.
